I have the same problem. I'm now on fw 4.0xx or something.
I can live with it but it has fooled around with me badly a couple of times.

Hi,
I have the RCF NX 12-SMA (FRFR active monitor) and it is very good. Pricey, yes, but good. If I would start over, I would check out the Friedman 12 ASM and BlueAmps 12 FR-A before 'clicking to buy'. I've heard good things about them and at least the Friedman 12 ASM is cheaper than the RCF...

thanks
i'll sent it to the support -
Hi
Nope. I've used this ethernet cable a couple of days without any problems. Today I started to fiddle about with Lock/Paste on Stomps for different rigs and it was then the remote stated to faint everytime I saved w rig....
I'll check with the original cable and see if it behaves properly.

Hi, done this without any issues before but today the remote started to reboot every time I saved a profile after editing.
also, changing between rigs changed from instant to an annoying lag in performance mode.
This freaks me out!

I bought Pack no 3 and the profiles are fabulous!

I just thought I should share my impression of my RCF NX 12-SMA FRFR active monitor.
I have had it a couple of months now and I think the monitor now could be seen as "fully tested" together with my KPA (powered) - live, rehersal, home practicing. Being cab oriented I really did not think the RCF could match up in a live situation compared to the cab I use but I really seem to have tilted toward the FRFR as my favourite pic of choice if I must choose - but fortunately I don't have to choose.
Having the cab and the RCF side by side and blend them together tonally in the rehersal room can even make a drummer say it sounds good
The RCF rocks. I am glad I bought it. I first aimed for the Atomic CLS but my order did not seem to have been picked up so I pulled the trigger on the RCF instead.

Hi
I use the KPA powerhead with my 2x12 guitar cab (16 ohm Orange PPC212OB loaded with two Celestion V30 on 60 W each).
... I feel that I am on the edge of burning the speakers even at rather low volume. I have the poweramp booster section in the KPA at 10 dB....
I know that the powerhead delivers 300 W with a 16 ohm cab, but does this mean that I need a 4x12 cab (given Celestion V30's, 60 W each) to be on safer ground? If I am correct, would this mean that the 4x12 cab can "swallow" 240 W and the KPA "feed" 300 W in the most extreme cases, and that this would not risk the speakers in the same way as my present set up?
....maybe I am completely mistaken with the wattage thing...or...?!?!
Any recommendations or thoughts, anybody?
Regards

thanks.
so it was so easy
i thought i would have to manipulate the backup file in order to be able to import it on the new kpa -
Hi all,
I got hold of the kpa without the poweramp and was blown away how good it was. I was so blown away that I rushed back to the store and bought the powerhead version instead. I had loaded the first one with 900 profiles and had taken a back-up. Is there anyway I can upload my back-up from the first kpa to my new one?
