The Amp Factory defiantly cover a wide range, is give them a look. I'm sure there's plenty more.
dont discount the stock ones though. -
Well I'm guessing the solution is 2 Kempers

I think if copying you run the risk of not being certain of phase being accurate.
this was ( and still is) an issue with drum replacement plugins , they've got buch better but still have the odd issue.
and to think blending 2 amps would probably be much more complex

Ah cool actually I really like his profiles that come with Kemper.
Thanks will check those out -

Ive just brought out a pack for the Marshall JVM and Peavey 6505 which may interest you.
As a studio engineer/ producer I mostly, for heavier guitar orientated music blend different amps together to create an overall sound. I know this is the way it's done for the bigger acts but its very important you get some things right for it to work. Phase alignment being the most critical.
The main feature is my Dual Amp Profiles 6505 / Mesa Cab @ Marshall JVM410 / Bad Cat Cab, The Peavey combo is bright and fizzy while the Marshall combo is dark dark warm, It's a great blend.
Each cab has 2 mic's so if you double track or Triple you have the equivalent of 8 or 12 tracks. THAT'S BIG but pretty normal for heavy guitar these days. The main advantage sonically is you can get a hi gain sound with more clarity and detail (not so fuzzy and mush) because the combine amps with less gain than you normally would need to use with one. Great for keeping the low end stable !!
I honestly don't know why it hasn't been done yet - Untill now

To be honest I never considered the gate. I only know there's a gate on the kemper and it's usually just set and forget. That would be all I used.
