I‘ve had the same problem under Win10 64.
When connected i deinstalled the Kemper in device Manager then i disconnected the Kemper.
Then i updated the Kemper via USB stick to the latest stable firmware. Before reconnecting the Kemper i installed the latest RM. Finally the Kemper was recognized.

das Problem hatte ich auch (win10 64Bit).
Habe heute per USB-Stick die neueste freigegebene Firmware auf den Head gespielt. Nicht am Rechner angeschlossen.
Dann den RM deinstalliert (.13). Anschließend den letzten RM (.14) installiert.
Erst dann den Kemper angesteckt und jetzt sieht mein PC den Kemper.
Zum Schluss den Kemper runtergefahren und vom PC getrennt. Dann die Remote angesteckt und den Kemper wieder hochgefahren. Remote wurde upgedated. Soweit ich es sehen konnte waren meine Rigs und Performances noch wie vorher. Habe sie aber noch nicht gespielt.
Mit dem älteren RM hatte ich auch die Meldung unbekanntes Gerät im Gerätemanager.
Probiere mal den gleichen Weg. Viel Erfolg.

Have played DR pure blues 9-42 for many years on LP and Strat. But i had too much finger vibrato so i have changed to 10. Then i moved to Pyramid, also pure Nickel 10s and was happy. Lately i have tried the Elixier Nanoweb 10 and stick with them for a while. My problem was not rust on the strings but i had very soon scratches from the thread on the strings so sometimes i had to change every two weeks. Hope they last longer. Soundwise and from the feeling i was very happy with DR and Pyramid. They were not overly bright. Some kind of vintage vibe.
Just downloaded and tested with UR22mkII and Cordial CFD 1,8 AA midi cables. Works flawlessly.

Back from vacation in spain and just downloaded the Thomsen pack.
I had the great honor to be a student from Marcus Deml a few years ago (was at the Yamaha Music School). This guy has tone in his fingers.
Even with a mediocre Yamaha transistor amp he had sustain for days.
And he has an ear for tone, melodies and dynamics. No wonder that he has chosen Tube Thomsen amps.
Thank you Guido for preserving the work from Nils for all of us.
Now i'm back to the dilemma. which profiles shall i use.
Bisher hatte ich noch keinen weiteren Vorfall. War allerdings auch im Urlaub und hatte den Kemper nur kurz im Einsatz.
Am nächsten Freitag wird er aber seine Feuerprobe bestehen müssen.
Ich werde im Hamburger Mobilen Bluesclub spielen. Das ist ein kleiner Bauwagen.
Wenig Platz für Amp und Pedalboard.

Ich werde aber mein Boss FV500 mit dabei haben und anschließen.
Ich bin etwas verunsichert. Hatte in der letzten Zeit 2mal das Problem dass der Kemper mit neuester Firmware den Tuner gezeigt hat, obwohl ich im Browse Mode war.
Hatte die Gitarre gewechselt.
Kein Volume Pedal angeschlossen. Rigs werden über Rocktron Midimate gesteuert. Habe dann auf Tuner geschaltet und anschließend zurück auf Browser um den Rig Namen zu sehen , aber es kam kein Sound.
Die Tuner LEDs haben geleuchtet. Musste den Kemper neu starten um wieder ein Ausgangssignal zu bekommen. Zum Glück nutze ich ihn noch nur im Proberaum.
Habe ich was falsch gemacht ? Habe global ein Volume Pedal in Input2 programmiert, aber aus Transportgründen nicht mitgehabt. Kann dies die Ursache sein?
Für mich sieht es leider nach einem Absturz aus.
After reading in this thread and watching Guido's videos (very gifted player) i couldn't resist and started with Guido's XTC.
Stopped using other profiles immediately. I have just started configuring my personal rigs based on Green and Red channel.
I'm 58 now and was raised with Blues, Bluesrock,R&B and Classic rock but still like the XTC.
Great work from Guido and mates.
If i could ask for i would love me some Dumble (FUCHS ODS) and F..... Super Reverb.
