I thought I'd share this find since there is very little info out there about this Leslie amp.

I picked one up to work with my 1959 Hammond A-100 and a Leslie pedal. I'm currently using a homebuilt FRFR cab with an old RAMSA WP 1200 power amp for my Kemper, but decided I'd try it with the new Leslie. The Leslie has input channels for keys, instrument, and vocals, so I ran the Kemper into the instrument channel and was very impressed with the results. It's built like a tank. The Leslie is a 200 watt amp with a ported cab holding a 15" speaker and two 4" speakers. I doubt it's true FRFR, but it sounds excellent with the Kemper-better than my other cab. It's perfect for me as I play guitar, keys, and sing. Now I can use one rig for everything. It's definitely worth a look if you're in the market.

Thanks for the warm welcome and the tips. I received my KPA today and hooked it up with my RAMSA WP1200 power amp and an FRFR cab I built for my keyboards. It's ported. with a bass driver, mid driver, and horn. All the parts are from Eminence including the 3-way crossover. I'm very impressed so far and having been playing with presets. I'll dig deeper over time. See ya'll "down below" in the owner's section.

Thank you! That will be very helpful. I've watched quite a few videos and am familiar with the basic concepts, but not the specifics that are outlined in your link.

Much, much later if your 1st impressions are anything like mine were <img src="http://www.kemper-amps.com/forum/wcf/images/smilies/wink.png" alt=";)" />

Were your first impressions not positive? From what I've read, it's going to take some time to master and my first attempts to profile amps may not be the best. I can accept the learning curve.

My KPA arrives today, so I'll register the serial and join the owner's forum soon. I've been following amp modelers and the Kemper profiler for several years and have tried a few modelers that didn't impress me. I've become convinced of the staying power and capability of Kemper, so I purchased one blind since there is no shop in the area who carries one. I have a number of tube amps and would love to thin the ranks and am hopeful that the KPA will allow me to do so.
