Could you please perform the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
- Quit Rig Manager
- Move the following file to your desktop (or anywhere else outside the folder):
C:\Users\DiegoTeksuo\AppData\Local\Kemper Amps\RigManager\KxxxxxxR2.db
- Start Rig Manager and let it sync
In case things are working again, please zip the "KxxxxxxR2.db" file and provide us, for instance, with a dropbox link. We would like to analyze what went wrong.
