I've got this on one of my rigs, and can't fathom how to get rid of it 'Stomps section disabled'. Can anyone please help?

I recently bought a used rackmount profiler. The software was quite old, so I updated to the latest software 5.1.1.12825 release and also Rig Manager 2.0.15. Rig manager doesn't recognise my profiler. I've checked everything (user name, password, case sensitivity) but nothing was wrong. I emailed kemper about this a few days ago, but no response. Can anybody please help?

Hi, I recently bought a Kemper, and after watching a few videos on youtube and on Kempers own site, I can't seem to find a way to just copy a rig into performance mode. I really like the rig Gunby Gilmourish and just want to do a straight copy of it. Can anyone please help.
