    Hi paults,
    I imagined that new delays allow something similar but it works if the note intervals are repetitive.
    For instance my pattern on the first bar is the following:
    0 / +8 / 0 / +8 / 0 / -8 / 0 +8


    where 0 is the note at unison and +/- 8 is the octave up or down. Actually I play only a single note which I let ring all bar and arpeggiator + whammy move it down,up or at unison with 1/8 tempo.
    As you see the sequence has not a schematic distribution so I am asking for this new features.

    Hi All,
    I would like to have an arpeggiator included into kpa effects.
    Something where you can set the sequence of intervals from the played note and the tempo of each interval.
    I did an arpeggiator using a micro-controller (15 euro) and programming it through a software interface. Nothing complicate as I am not IT expert but it works pertectly. It controls via midi my whammy pedal.
    I created a sequence of intervals (+ octave, - octave) as 1/16 notes. I set the tempo and whammy do the rest...
    I am sure it is nothing complicated for Mr. Kemper.


    Is there anybody this feature could be helpful?

  • Kemper whammy e arduino

    Sì infatti è molto simile. Più che altro quelle schede hanno un valore di pochi euro anche se al pubblico un dispositivo del genere viene venduto a centinaia di euro.


    Ad ogni modo il kemper contiene già dei processori di quel tipo o anche più evoluti. Si tratterebbe solo di poter fare una release del software che includa del codice aggiuntivo. Ad esempio quello che ho scritto per arduino ha veramente poche righe di codice...e non sono un programmatore....tanto per dire che non parliamo di cose impossibili.
    Io sono nuovo qui ma pensavo di suggerirlo tra le suggested features.

  • Kemper whammy e arduino

    Ciao a tutti,
    prima ancora di avere il kemper, mi ero costruito una sorta di sequencer midi con una scheda arduino che controllava il mio whammy pedal. Questo mi permetteva di impostare sul PC un loop, anche di una certa lunghezza, di cambi programma, di riversarlo nella scheda arduino e di farlo trasmettere direttamente al whammy. In questo modo potevo suonare canzoni tipo map of the problematique dei muse, per fare un esempio.


    Con il kemper cosa potrei fare? Ha senso collegare la scheda arduino al midi in per controllare il whammy? Oppure è possibile controllare via midi l'effetto whammy interno del kemper?


    Spero di essermi spiegato.
