  • Profiling Rack Tuner always on "G +3X"

    Thanks for the reply!
    I just did a "soft reset":
    Holding SYSTEM button while turning on to Tuner Mode.

    Didn't work BUT

    i plugged in at the front input and found the tuner to be working perfectly fine.

    So it just happens at the rear input for some reason.
    Same cable/position/guitar - just a different input jack.

    Maybe the rear input just "broke"?
    Or any other suggestions?

    Hey there!

    Last week i made 2 Software Updates to my Kemper from a very old version.

    After the first Update, the tuner startet "working by itself".
    It's always jumping very fast inbetween "G1 +33" to "G1 +36".
    The problem is also there while tuning the guitar. Thats annoying. :(

    This didn't change with the second update to the newest Software version.

    I tried:
    Other cables
    Moved the Kemper away from my desk

    Any idea what could be the cause of this issue?
