I can reproduce it too, but it happens only on the profiler itself not when using the local library. When selecting a rig in the profiler via the rig manager, the focus jumps to the name field. So the arrow buttons do not work on the list anymore.

Had the same problem, tried everything from switching USB ports to rebooting in different order. Solution was to reinstall the Rig Manager.
