Ich komme aber nicht wieder an mein altes Konto. Klick auf den Link bringt mich mit meiner geänderten E-Mail Adresse ins Login. Für die E-Mail Adresse [email protected] gibt es kein Passwort mehr - PW vergessen führt zum neuen Konto. Ich will natürlich das Konto behalten, für das ich meinen Amp registriert habe,
Was kann ich tun?

Dennoch sei die Frage gestattet, weswegen meine Signatur, Beiträge etc. bei der Änderung der E-Mail-Adresse verschwunden sind?
You can maintain your e-mail address in your KEMPER user account yourself. Enter your account at the top right corner of the KEMPER home page.
If you change it in your KEMPER user account, you need it in Rig Manager preferences accordingly.

Must I create a new user account? Can you make a switch back to my old e-mail address. I don't understand, why my account was erased when I changed the e-mail address.

I had to change my email address. As a result, I have an authentication error. That's why I can't connect the Rig Manager to the Power Rack via iMac. I would like to update again after four years. Since my amp is usually in storage, I rarely get to do it.
In addition, Avatar and all entries in the forum are gone.
