Could you be trying to drag them to Local Library under Presets? Rigs wouldn't be allowed there.
And the opposite for your IR's. They could only be imported beneath Presets\Local Library.

Hey everyone! I have a problem importing .kipr files to my profiler. Every time I try to drag them to my local library I have an error message "All items were ignored. This happens if the items are the wrong file type, unknown or damaged files" but these are 100% kipr files. And also somehow I don't have an option to import IR impulses and Export rigs in my Rig Manager via file > export rigs etc...
I would appreciate any hint on solving this, thanks!
