Ahh I downloaded the Profiler Stage firmware.
Now I got the actual PowerRack firmware and it works!

I connected the Amp to the Rig Manager and it wouldn't do an update.
I also did everything as it was mentioned in the manuals, I unzipped the update and put it once in the root folder of the USB drive and once in the update folder. Either way it wouldn't do an update.

Hi,
my Kemper has Firmware Version 5.7.8 right now and it won't upgrade to a newer version.
I tried different USB sticks, formatted the sticks with my PC and with my Kemper, used the recovery mode (Press < + > and boot into Tuner) and inserted the USB stick while running.
None of the methods worked. When booting in Recovery Mode, the display shows "ERROR: invalid file"
Has anyone an idea what could be the problem here?
