When I explained the situation to them they clearly told me that if I deleted the email it was my problem and if I wanted to get it back I had to buy the profile again.

Good morning all ! I bought the jp2c Bogie profile a few months ago. I deleted the email with the download link. I still have the profiles but on the other hand I lost the "READ ME" file Could someone send it to me?

Hello I updated the kemper today in version 7.1.5. I think I had a micro cut during the installation so that nothing is working properly. Here is a picture of my problem https://ibb.co/jkRSkFv someone would have a solution? Thank you
