Sorry man but they won't do anything, the support replied me that the latency of the expression pedal is identical between all PROFILER models and accepted by their users...
Does anyone really accept this lag?
-
Oh yes!! please!!!
-
Move your foot slower!!!
-
about 30ms of latency...
-
Support reply:
I move the pedal to fast...
very funny...

As you can hear, here, in pitch mode, If I move fast the pedal (full range), the 2 octave up is never reached because of the latency

Hello,
I have latency (on wah, pitch...) with the expression pedal (I've tried 2 calibrated pedals) on my profiler stage (last OS)
The "graph bar" on the first page of the pedal menu don't move as fast as I move the pedal...
Anyone else?

"Thank you for your report. I have forwarded it to our developers with the request to fix this behaviour in a future update. In the meantime please use the method that I described in my previous reply to prevent this situation."
method is to change the performance to another one, select a slot and back again (thank you DamianGreda)

"thank you for your email. The behavior you are describing is totally normal for any PROFILER model and intended.
Every time you load a rig or a performance it is loaded into the edit buffer. Any changes that are applied to the edit buffer will be active until you load a different rig in browse mode or a different performance in perform mode because the content of the edit buffer is replaced with the new rig or performance at that time.
The edit buffer survives a restart which is actually a great feature if you happen to forget to store a performance or a rig before powering the unit down. You can simply store the rig or performance right after the restart before you load a different rig or performance into the edit buffer." -
Try to change the performance to another one, select a slot and back again...
It's a strange behaviour but it works with me...

But why isn’t that buffer erased when I turn off the unit? If I change slot when the unit is switched on, the switched effects are not recalled...
That's why I call this a strange behaviour...
-
indeed... by changing performance (not just the preset, all the performance) I find my regular preset...
Strange behaviour... but thank you!

Hello
Why my profiler stage saves the effects switched when I power the unit off ?
Thanx!

"yes the new update 7.0.6 should corrected intermittent problems with the foot switch.
The noise after disconnect the power cable is a normal behavior, I just talked to our developer-team.
When you have a connection between Profiler and a speaker and you disconnect the power cable, you haven’t the device grounded anymore, but you generate a ground loop with the speaker system and the main out/monitor out, If you now have different ground potential, which is influenced by your environment, you generate exactly these sounds."
