Send Output 1 nicht mehr als Output zur Verfügung steht.
Aber es kommt ja immer noch das Signal aus Send 1. Mein Effekt ist unten in Send 2 und Return 3 eingesteckt!?!
Warum ist die Monitorbox nicht am Monitor Out angeschlossen?
Darüber läuft mein IEM. Ich nutze hierfür nicht den Headphone Out, da ich einen eignen EQ für den Kopfhörer möchte. Leider gibt es den aber nicht.

Hi zusammen, ich nutze für meine Monitor-Box den oberen Send-Ausgang und stelle entsprechend im Output Menü den Send als Master Mono ein. Gleichzeitig nutze ich den unteren Send und Return 3 für ein externes Booster-Pedal, welches ich in der Performance in "D" einschleife. Soweit so gut. Mir ist nun folgendes aufgefallen: sobald ich den D-Slot aktiviere wird im Output Menü die "Send 1 Output" Anzeige grau-pixelig und darüber steht "Direct Output used for Effect Loop". Soll das so sein? LG Max

Wenn du mit RM Performances im Profiler veränderst, musst du sie (die veränderte Performancek trotzdem im Profiler speichern.
Ok, d.h. ich muss zunächst beim Kemper einen Slot wählen, dann im RM irgendetwas ändern in dem Slot und dann beim Kemper den Slot nochmal (via den Tasten) speichern?

Was ich allerdings sagen kann ist, dass Rig Manager dauernd abstürzt. Beim Mac ist so etwas extremst selten. Hat sonst niemand das Problem mit der Software und Mac? Ich habe Kemper und Mac ja einfach mit USB verbunden. Da wüsste ich nicht, was ich von Hardware-Seite anders machen sollte. Ggf. gibt es einen Konflikt auf Software-Seite. Aber das ist, wie gesagt, beim Mac extremst selten...

Hi zusammen, ich habe den Kemper Stage ganz neu und arbeite mich gerade ein. Was mir sehr negativ auffällt ist, dass Speicherungen innerhalb von performances - und insbesondere im Zusammenspiel mit dem Rig Manager - immer wieder "zerschossen" werden. Ich bin mit dem PC fitt und auch komplexere Multieffektgeräte gewohnt. Beim Kemper habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden, was ich falsch mache. Z.B. war die Slot-Programmierung mit meinem Boss GT-100 und auch im Zusammenspiel mit der PC-Software nie ein Problem. Beim Kemper werden dauernd meine Speicherungen gelöscht oder irgendwie zerschossen. Ich habe leider noch kein System dabei erkannt. Kennt ihr das Problem? LG Max
Hinzufügen muss ich noch, dass der Rig Manager auch ständig abstürzt. Das ist bei meinem Mac extremst selten - egal mit welchen Programmen.

...sorry to bring this up again but did they fix this already? I think not because I don't get it to work. When Wah is on the pedal functions for Wah + Morph at the same time (makes no sense). When Wah is off only Morph works (makes sense). Cheers Max

Both great with pedals to boost and thicken the sound even more
Say, how do you boost a profile? With the internal boosters/distortions or with external (loop)? Do you put it before or after the amp/cab section? I tried a little with internal and external but don't seem to get good sounds from that. Thanks

Hi people, I am still a new user of the Kemper but really like it so far. I get very good clean and distortion sounds (I don't play ultra distortion). I am struggling a little with a good low gain/crunch sound - somewhere in between clean and distorted - maybe the Kemper gain somewhere between 9 and 12 o'clock - for Blues for example. Do you have any suggestions (commercial or non-commercial). Or do you use for such sounds a clean sound and a booster or something? Thanks Max

Hey thanks for the help. Unfortunately after working with this setup I think it is not possible. Volume and Morph in one pedal is not possible with the Kemper. Anyways Thanks!

...ja, ok die kenne ich natürlich. Das sind für mich die einzelnen Effekte. Was ich vermisse wären eben zusammengestellte Rigs, die Effekte kombinieren und damit ganz eigene Sounds schaffen. Also Rigs, bei denen nicht der "geprofilte" Amp oder Cab im Vordergrund stehen, sondern es um Effekt-Sounds geht. Wahrscheinlich gibt es solche Rigs im Rig-Exchange - allerdings ist es mühsam danach unter 15.000+ Einträgen zu suchen, zumal die Beschreibungen von Rigs eigentlich hierzu nichts hergeben.

Die FX- Presets in FW 7.0 sind sehr aussagekräftig, vor allem, was Delay- und Reverb- Sounds angeht. Probiere die mal aus.
Sorry, bin Anfänger hier. Welche FX-Presets meinst du denn? Im Rig-Manager sind 602 Presets gelistet (301 verschiedene). Das sind doch nur die einzelnen Effekte, Cabs und Amps die sich im Profiler finden.

Hi zusammen, von anderen Multieffekt/Modelling-Amps bin ich gewohnt, dass es viele Presets gibt, die weniger auf das Modelling (also einen Grundsound) als auf die Effekte des Gerätes abzielen. Es gibt dann viele Presets mit wilden Effekten. Findet man solche Effekt-orientierten Presets bzw. Rigs beim Kemper irgendwo? LG Max

Hi Ingolf, thanks for this idea. Say, can you play the volume/morph/wah pedals well when they are not on solid ground but rather on foam-like surface? And: how about the mentioned vent problem of the Kemper when using the case?

...but our IEM Mixer needs signals from all the instruments in the band. IEM and FoH P.A. are totally separate. This is important because 1. we can't ask the technician at the venues (who also gets the signals from all instruments of the band) to unhook his monitor system for us and provide us with our signals for our IEM mixer and 2. sometimes there is a FoH P.A. at the club but no monitor system. So in order to always rely on a good IEM system, we bring our own. In this system all our instruments go firstly in the IEM mixer (therefore I would say I need the Kemper headphone out for that) and then a personal mix (every musician has a little IEM mixer remote) comes back with all instruments for all musicians headphones. I hope I explained understandable (English not my mother tongue). Don't you think that is the right way to do it?
In this setting - and if I would want to use a (stereo) cab on stage in addition - I would need 1 Stereo out (FoH), 1 Stereo out (IEM) and 1 Stereo out (Cab on stage). The Kemper can do this with main out, headphone out and monitor out. monitor out and main out/headphone out can also be EQ'ed separately (and cab can be disabled) which is great. It would also be great if headphone and main outs could be separated in the same way (at least own EQ). That was my initial question.
