Dan Dean is a multitalented artist, achieving national and international recognition as a bassist, producer, composer, educator, software developer and recording engineer. 
An instructor of Electric Bass multiple colleges Dan authored and produced the highly successful Electric Bass Method series books 1-3 for Hal Leonard Publishing.
Dan also wrote and produced numerous TV themes and his work can be heard on “On Being John Malkovich”, Discovery Network’s “Shark Week”, the hit show “Glee” and “Masterchef USA”.

Dan created his own line of sample CDs: Dan Dean Solo Strings, Dan Dean Solo Woodwinds, Dan Dean Solo Brass, Dan Dean Brass Ensembles and Dan Dean Giga Bass. These were an instant hit with composers and musicians worldwide and are still in use today.

Part of the DDP formula involved the creation of recording studios for Dan’s production and sampling work. He built 3 facilities from “all analog” to completely digital, putting his musical knowledge, ears and technical abilities to work on all sorts of endeavors. Producing also fits neatly into this category, and he masters recordings for all sorts of record labels and artists.
