Just a quick post for those who may encounter what I had yesterday when using new Rig Manager update for first time.
My stage would not connect to RM via USB no matter what lead I used. The fix was; (from memory) going to Device manager on (PC), looking for USB Bus -that had Kemper next to it with a small yellow triangle. Right click on this & 'Uninstall Device" (NOT the driver though). Then go to the top of this page & look for 'Scan for hardware changes" (it has a small looking monitor logo). Push this & hopefully problem fixed-as mine was.
