please check if the Remote is causing this problem.
What happens when you disconnect the Remote from your Profiler, still the same problem?
I suspect a hardware defect on the Contrast knob on the Remote is causing the issue.
What happens when you gently move this knob or when you generate some vibrations on the floor?
Does this issue then appear?
Can you perform a crosscheck with another Profiler?
If the Remote clearly produces this issue you should send it in for Repair.
Please provide me with the Serial number of your Remote to check the warranty, you will find it on the sticker under your device.
