    Is there a list or a document to find out based on which songs you have profiled them?

  • I've ordered the Heartbreaker, the order went thru Paypal, and here I am with the order still "pending". It happened in an earlier order, but the delay was about three hours. I'd checked with Paypal account and it gone thru right away! But now in this second order it's been about twelve hours, and it is still pending. You've got a problem with your website connections with Paypal????

  • The Heartbreaker has many possible settings so I doubt between getting the just play Pack, which sounds great, or the larger Pack. I asume the just play Pack has some exclusive profiles but the larger Pack offers more posibilities?? A pdf would be useful before choosing, like the one you provide with your packs, which is very detailed.

    • Hi! Just Play profiles are based on the same studio profiles but they all have custom effects not available into Studio Pack :) For further information feel free to contact us!
