It could be awesome to profile a pedal (overdrive, distortion, fuzz, etc.) and save it in the stomp section to use with all gears.

Plus the ability to locate the stomp before the input sense section/noise gate etc etc... so the guitar is plugged directly into the stomp without anything between the two whatsoever.

This would require a deep redesign of the unit. The fx slots are not for profiles.

Yeah, I've been talking about this since the day I got my Kemper, but it's definitely KPA2 territory. You're basically asking for another profiling block - the meat and potatoes of the entire product.
The closest you can get right now (short of cascading one KPA into another one) is to profile the stombox in question in series with a well-suited amplifier (or twelve). Same amplifier(s) without if you want to turn the stomp on and off (by way of switching profiles.)

(If, like me, you have access to lots of cool pedals and precious few amps, this isn't much comfort LOL.)
