Rig Navigation Buttons: Top and Bottom Reversed

I can't get used to the reversed rig navigation buttons.
I expect the "Top" rig button to select "Previous" rigs (rigs earlier in the list), and the "Bottom" rig to select "Next" rigs, but this is not what happens. Am I the only one who thinks this is strange? (or is my unit unique?)

The "Left" and "Right" buttons work as expected.

Up = higher = next

It's totally weird, yes. I already reported this and I was told that it's by design.
With my cursor keys on the computer keyboard I can scroll down to the "next" post or back to previous posts in this forum, e.g.. It is common sense that down goes further and up goes back up. Don't understand the reasoning to do it the other way on the Profiler.
