inspector scroll bar just one pixel wide

The scroll bar in the inspector is just one pixel wide since version 1.2.3.
For some weeks I thought it was gone completely, until I found it today....

Is your scroll bar as wide as usual?

Thanks for the report, this is a bug in V1.2.3. We will fix it in the next Release.

MIne is ok (W7 64bit), but I've set custom dimensions for several items in my setup, including scroll bar width.
