FW 3.0.1 no input for some time, then random input. 3 days to end of warranty.

Hi

This is continuattion of my thread here - I upgreaded form 3.0 to 3.0.1 and today again INPUT recognizes no guitar signal (checked 3 guitars), after strumming really hard few times input was radnom. Now it seems to be OK. But I have 3 day left of warranty of my Kemper.

I think I report it as a ticket in case my Kemper would go dead

Anyone else has input problems like in THIS VIDEO?

well, since you opened a ticket prior to the end of the warranty, you're safe.....i guess.

what seems to be unsafe is this 3.x.....will stick to my all times good 2.7.3

Downgraded to 2.7.4 - so far so good. But anyway I want 3.x firmware work on my Kemper.

Update - the same INPUT dropouts on 2.7.4 - already contacted Thomann. 2 days before warranty end.

When I upgraded to 3.0.1 every profile had a crackle in it, I reset the Kemper to factory defaults and it was gone.

Maybe resetting your device may help as well for this issue. (resetting; start up kemper in tuning mode and keep pressing the system button until it starts up)
