If you dont mind that its not actually a Tweed: I made 3 profiles in total. They are among the worst I am aware of.
So bad, it might be just great. Just did not dare to upload it yet. One I did call: FuzzMeister. Its not so far from Neil's sound on rust... -
If you can wait I've got a great sounding Tweed Deluxe which will be next once I've finished my XTC.. will be DI profiles but you can always add cabs...

I'm searching for a similar profile, we play 'hey hey my my' and when I used to have a pedal board I had a JP chorus in front of a BB preamp and it was wicked sounding.
I've yet to find it in the Kemper, but I'm sure it's in there somewhere. I've tried but I'm just not good at replicating effects.
