Long story short, I was playing a gig at a casino when all of the sudden my stool broke causing me to fall into my kemper and damage the screen, now only half of it works. They understand that they're at full fault for this and they're wanting to pay to repair my kemper. Now, they are wanting to know how much it will be including shipping. I need this amp because I'm booked for the rest of the year. They're going to pay for quick shipping and all of that. I just need to know what to do. I don't know if any there is any damage other than the screen. The Kemper still works but it's impossible to see what I am doing because again, the screen doesn't work. I am stuck to whatever is programmed into my FCB1010. Maybe I can get a full refurbish? I am located in North Carolina in the United States. Also, I have already emailed support and have gotten no response. Thanks for any advice guys!

Probably should have just had them get you a new one. I know it's not completely broken but for you it actually is if you can't read it.

I tried to get them to get me a new one but they would rather repair mine because it'll be cheaper.

Do any of the rental places stock Kempers? May be an option while you have yours out for repair. Hopefully a backup is available so you can plug and play easily. Not ideal but better than nothing.
