Anyone knows about this rack case for Kemper rack?

Happen to see this on web, anyone know about the rack case? or whose rig is this?
It says: "ANDY STAGE RIGHT" and "SEAN STAGE LEFT" on the kemper rack cases.
Willing to get one for my power rack
