Profiler stage newby

    Hi first time.e using the stage today and I downloaded some STL amp profiles and added them to the profiler stage (via usb after formatting) I can see the names of the new amps but when selected, nothing happens. If I go on to the pre loaded ones they work....

    Am I missing anything here?

    Welcome to the forum! You've not provided a lot to go on here, but one thing that comes to mind is that the new rigs you've loaded might have a loop setting active in the stomps or effects. Without actually having something connected into the loop, you'd have no sound. If you see a loop, disable it or remove it.
