Not indication on remote display LCD

my remote control display LCD just lights up blue but does not indicate any information !

.... the cable (Rj45 POE) is ok and all the other remote options work perfectly

.... is still guaranteed for one year, what should i do ?

This could be a contrast/brightness adjustment - I don't have a remote so you'll have to consult the manual for further instructions.

Have you tried the original cable?

yes, I tested with two different original cables and I tested my remote control on another KEMPER (poweramp) from a friend and my remote has the same problem.

....and the contrast/brightness adjustment is correctly
