Can I lock a performance in performance mode?

I only use one performance live with five different rigs and allocated stomp effects for each rig...I have been caught out sometimes, when I miss the stomp fx button I stomp the performance button and it jumps to another performance mid song...

All good here - My Kempers are treated just like any amp or tube amp - I don't update my FENDER 1976 TWIN or my MARSHALL DSL or EVH..😊

A few software tweaks are good here and there but I love the solid nature of my STAGES. Only use rig manager when I have to.

Do you have time to flick a three way switch on your guitar? ( you may be 5 way?)

I have just started doing some of my lead parts in the neck for my metal solos

Start in bridge for my riffs and verse and then flick to the neck for that real sustain in the neck for some solos. Instant tone switch

I also play as the only guitarist and its pretty instantaneous.

Also your pick attack can be key - dig in when ya gotta - The guitar in hand is often the answer....some will get you there in your single tone and some wont. Active humbuckers give you real juice for this stuff

Yep, typically you download the files then install into your KEMPER via rig manger or USB, just keep all your original paid downloaded profiles in a folder separate from everything else. Use forever , whenever

The orange is totally AMAZING!!! Especially for monitor STAGE into 1960A or any other 16ohm or 8ohm box. I love it! highly recommended in that regard.

Unfortunately it is MIN 8-OHMS- and wont feed the KABINET 4-OHMS

I have gone with a HOTONE LOUDSTER. 😊 which will give me that bit of onstage oomph

My orange pedal baby is not compatible with the kemper kabinet unpowered so I am looking at other options apart from the powered kabinet

I will be running it from my KEMPER STAGE

It's only for some extra sound behind me - Any other power amp suggestions? Thanks

Nice I like that idea - I also like the GLXD as I hot swap guitars - I prefer to MUTE from the GLXD than hot swapping direct from KEMP STAGE input.

Definitely will have a cable ready in case of wireless issues.

Yep, just sold 2 RG550 MIJ gee tars and will put down money tomorrow on another stage - I don't have money to burn BUT gotta have the tools

This is more of a confession post.🤣 In my pro music life I always have 2 of what I use in performance - one on stage one backup.....two marshall heads ..two same guitars

So instead of getting an AMPERO 2 or any other cheaper unit I am thinking I will get what I want - another stage unit...you only live once

Yes, I have a new stable product due to good service and outcomes - but important to note, I did supply videos and a lot of detail which really helped, in some ways it was an example of teamwork between customer and creator.

I am just a fan of simplicity which I love with this product.

I rarely use RM. BUT each to their own and I wish everyone gets a piece of what they want or wish for from their Kemper journey

Yes as mentioned may not produce great results for your main feed and indeed the above will get you there..

BUT while your talking Marshall a monitor out with cab off thru a pedal baby into a MARSHALL 1960A - INCREDIBLE!!!

Those cabs love the kemper....mine does anyway

Nordan you will get some wicked tones out of those...

I run VAI - DiMarzio Gravity Storm bridge in one of my RG550'S - sounds pure old school eighties metal- that VAI - EVO 2 should produce VERY nice stuff.

I have already found I get a very brutally honest tone from my ACTIVE FISHMAN FLUENCE in my RGD Ibanez. I run 4 of the same guitars for stage...

Fishman Active may give you a real instant EQ assessment as they are such great examples of clean slate - almost beautifully sterile

Whereas my passives like yours are just so much FUN...and take you right there to those moments in music..

I reckon you will smash it with those
