very nice, Mats! this is actually a problem for me..there are so many great sounding profiles.. I can't seem to get anything recorded , I spent several hours last night re-recording a guitartrack over and over again. I just couldn't decide wich profile to use. sooo many inspiring sounds in this box. it's a great time to be a guitarplayer

I personally think that it is respectful to the creator & developers to come on this board and say you love it (if you do) - you don't have to live here or make it your life, but at least acknowledge the value of such a unique product! In other words, 'Never take anything for granted'...
True..

thanx, huuuge sound

exactly my thought...after all it's just a softcase
-
what I mean is that every wah doesn't fit every amp in the "real world" either
-
yuo don't have to but I couldn't use the crybaby with all of my amps either, (same with the bad horsie), because of tonal differencies
-
have you tried the settings I posted in the first post? they seem kind of weird , especially the -50% setting but it seems to be a starting point at least for me. also depends on what amp and guitar you're using of course.
-
I've noticed that too..

I don't think he meant that. He is talking about the guitar volume pot not the amp gain knob.
oops... , ..I screwed up already in the first post of the thread when I misread the Q I was answering...sorry for the confusion I may have caused
-
that's great news, makes it much easier to cover the whole range of the amp's channel
-
so there's no need to profile an amp with different gainsettings then? might as well make one profile with gain set at full (max) and reduce the kpa gain to taste? that's a good thing..

very interesting introduction I've got my earplugs right beside me and I'm eagerly awaiting this tonal torture of which we now have been forewarned...fire away!
-
QSC k10 for live monitoring, haven't had them for long and so far only used them at rehearsal, works great..
-
Thanks, for your settings. It seems you have to set the peak range at ca. -50 like you suggested, otherwise the wah sounds kind of strange.
yepp, I agree it seems odd but that's where I ended up when it started to sound good...

If you want you can have this one....

Nope, drummers are not admitted here...

-

welcome, mikael, nice to see a fellow swede here. there aren't many of us around here yet but I'm sure that will change soon.
