No, unfortunately that isn't supported (yet). But it surely is an interesting feature request.

can't open the picture.. but as you describe that there seems some contacts are bent, this could very well be the culprit.
maybe you can try to bent them back (*very carefully* of course).. with a needle or a small pincet?
of course don't do this if you're not sure that you won't break something (!)

things to check:
- what kind of cable are you using? is it the original Kemper cable ? -> be sure NOT to use a too long cable, and NOT use a cable with thin wires inside
- is the cable broken? -> can you exchange it with a spare short network cable?
- is the network connector on your PROFILER somehow broken? -> visual inspection: post a hi-res close-up picture of your PROFILER's network port?
-
hmm.. very strange.. we need some analyzing for this problem.. we will discuss internally how to commence from here
-
ok..
I expect your notebook is connected wireless, just like the iPad and the Stage: so it should not be a client isolation problem then.
I'm kind of out ideas here.. maybe try restarting the app on the iPad would be my last guess at this moment.
-
can you ping the Stage? maybe from a connected desktop / laptop?

Kaschko: when you can read the text "internal" on the display, the PROFILER is set to "internal" (= PROFILER is master)
-
heldal: the intentional behaviour regarding remote connect during boot is of course to have it connected ASAP. And of course this is designed so that it should connect quickly.... unfortunately there seems to be a problem with that mechanism, and this is a bug / software issue.

yes please keep us informed whether the crashing still occurs with 'send MIDI clock' disabled.
-
Are you using MIDI?
and more specifically:
- UI to MIDI enabled?
- MIDI clock send enabled?
-
the Remote is communicating using standard TCP/IP , so yes: you can route the traffic through standard (PoE enabled) network switches. (be sure to use only type 'A', and no Gigabit PoE enabled equipment: as mentioned in the manual)

sorry for my English (I know: it should be German)
on the audio system panel 'Audio -MIDI-setup' you can select Internal <-> SPDIF

Hi again, I've purchased SPDIF cables with a resistance of 75 ohms and this problem is still occurring. When the Kemper option is on auto for clock syncing it is still not receiving anything from my interface.
E.g. if I set up a session in 48khz, the Kemper won't recognise it and I still have to manually change it from 44.1 to 48.
what do you mean by 'the Kemper won't recognise' it??
Note that the bitrate setting in the PROFILER's menupage won't change if you change your interface's bitrate, because that setting on the PROFILER is the preferred SPDIF output frequency, and it is not used when the PROFILER is set to 'auto' and an external clock is applied.
(Maybe this has to be improved on the PROFILER's menupage )

another obvious question: do you have two cables connected (with good quality/impedance.. i.e. labelled 'for digital use')
-
there is no difference between EU and US units, except for the mains-lead.
you should be able to just use a regular EU IEC/EU mains-lead and plug it directly into 230V/50hz without any transformer.
the use of a 230V -> 110V transformer is contra-productive and should be avoided in this case.

How long does it usually take support to respond to emails? It's been a couple of hours for me. I have a failed OS update that keeps giving me an error message that won't load from USB. I accidently flipped off a light switch when updating the OS and now it's an expensive paperweight.
Any chance of fixing that? Or is it dead.
even when the power is cut during firmware update, the bootloader should still be able to flash a firmware from USB stick -> normally the unit should not be degraded to a 'paperweight'
(use the 'boot&burn procedure' = put kaos.bin in root of USB stick, hold both page buttons during power on) like tntent described
-
"failed parsing firmware file" usually indicates a corrupt file (kaos.bin). maybe something went wrong during either download from the Kemper website, or during transfer to the stick (on the host PC)
-
it's still on the list, and it's still low priority I'm afraid
:$
(ps: but we'll try to push it up the priority list)
