Please install ProfilerOS 8.6.6

I have a powered Toaster ?
If it could make a good coffee that would be a welcome update
No coffee, sorry, unfortunately there is no cake either:
-
These are bipolar, small range parameters.
Send value 64 ("6=0,38=64") for "<0>", value 63 for "-1", value 65 for "+1".
Minimum value is: 28, maximum value is 100, 64 is center (and default).
-
Die „internen Effektpresets“ sind nun immer Teil der Firmware und müssen daher nicht exportiert und/oder im Backup gesichert werden.

You can assign a Remote to a specific Profiler by pressing 1 and TAP same time and select the desired Profiler from the list of Profilers listed on the display. Note that only Profilers in the network are listed.
You can also select the entry AUTOSELECT to revert to the default behavior (connect to any Profiler). -
There was a rare issue with that which is fixed in 8.6.0.
-
Please check if your router implements „client separation“ and if it is enabled.

true, i'm aware of this, but i consider an edit to be something i have manually applied. the "locked module" that results as an edit is what i consider a stealth/hidden edit done automatically so often the user is deceived- did they make the edit or did the KPA do it?
The Profiler never locks anything by itself. I can only repeat my suggestion: make a backup and send it to support, where they can tell you what you probably overlooked.
-
The input section is not considered for the E flag. I suspect that you have locked Tempo or the Volume Pedal. If anything is locked that keeps the "edited" status, the LOCK button should be shown lit up.
You can also create a full backup and send it to support so it can be checked.

Update to the latest Release (8.5.8)
-
If something is locked the LOCK LED is lit.
-
E means „edited“.
The Rig or Performance has been edited since you‘ve loaded it.
If you lock something, this counts as „editing“, since it does not match the stored version anymore directly after loading.
If it is „always on“ you probably have locked something. You can locate the locked section by keeping the LOCK key pressed and check the LEDs. -
On the Head you can use the Rig keys, they ignore the setting.
On the Stage you can use the TYPE knob to preselect the Performance and select the desired slot with 1-5.
-
The order is important: First select the Slot, then change the Performance. You did it the other way round.
Use the Profiler, not the Rig Manager for this. Do not use the Remote for this.
On the Stage: use PAGE buttons to change the slot (which keeps edits) and then Bank up/down to jump to the target Performance (so you are only changing that one slot).
-
Just lock the Modules you want to keep, then select the slot of the target Rig, then switch to the Performance and store the performance. Unlock the Modules afterwards.
Done.
-
Have you switched off the EQ (or Amp in 8.x)? And probably locked it?
Because then the EQ can‘t be edited and is therefore not shown here.

hi everyone!
When I turn on tubescreamer through loop distortion in acces point some noise arises. This problem does not occur when I do it through WPS! Someone else has such a problem?
This is not possible at all. The way you connect to the Profiler can not have any influence to sound issues.

Can you name the router?
