working and they open in CTRL and i have a working panel
ist the FX Panel not working ??

I don't know how to read current status of KPA and the panel works only one way form PC to KPA. Also I don't implement logics to disable unneecessary parameters for some effects type. This is not a real issue and may be that can be implemented in future releases.

I think that these are only first experimements but better something that nothing...

i agree too what sambrox wrote
its a new device, everybody wanted it faster than fast, maybe there are some small issues with the first ones,
thats bad for everyone who will have troubles with the remote,
but at least kemper will fix any issue.
maybe sometimes its better to wait a little longer, and then be on the safe side than to be the first to get
a new electronic device, but that everybody have to decide for himself

the kps was working
seems something like a updating or syncing process
i was worried that my remote was broken but then all was good

just back from Work
after all I've done it took 10 Minutes for the Remote to become alive again
means the display showed only the the black line
and after 10 minutes it worked

i got the same Problem
i downgraded to 2.74
then reinstalled 3.0
initialized the system
then it took about 10 Minutes and the remote was working again
without problems till today
maybe this helps

Das sind die merged profiles, der kmpl Amp ohne Box an Mon Out
Das kmpl Profile inkl Cab an Master Out
an Mon out liegt das Signal ohne Cab Sim an wenn du Cab Sim Off schaltest
an Master out L R bleibt es mit mit Cab Sim

On PC what i work didn't work
Try to search for *.kipr files
the search should lead you to were these files are i assume

that im still amazed what this piece of gear incl remote is capable of
for the price of one amp you get all you can imagine
thats a present
after 2 years im still blown away by this unit
i owned most of the most sought after amps
sold them all
hesitated time by time, turned on the Kemper and never regret any selling

i tried it 2 times
fail when connected
works when not connected

i figured it out !!!
when making an FW upgrade or downgrade the Remote MUST be unplugged
otherwise the Display stays blank !!!
I did this now 2 Times with FW 3 and 3.01 and when the Remote is plugged on
FW changes the Display stays blank
when unplugged and after FW finishes being plugged the Remote Display is activated
and works.

PS im happy that all Kemper issues in most cases could be solved so fast
its a friendly system

no its only dark on starting up
it didn't say connecting to the kemper as usual
then the light turns on and it shows nothing
contrast changes nothing
all switches work

no nothing helped,
changed all system parameters for the remote
display is changeing in contrast and gets darker and brighter
but there is nothing displayed no single letter
downgraded to FW 3 release changed nothing
im in real trouble now cause i sold my fcb 1010 yesterday
and i need a remote next week

No I've got a big Problem , after getting the Remote and it worked with FW 3 today i updated to 3,01
and the Remote Display is blank, the remote Switches are working
but nothing is visible on the display
any ideas ?
how can i open a support ticket ?

i think you have to put the kaos bin in the root directory
not in the os folder of the usb stick
then you could downgrade

will this become a more serious damage with time ?
if not i don't care, cause im not able to send my Kemper away for some weeks
any other way to fix this, with a a local tech ??
