have fun! they are all for very heavy tones obviously

Hey Bommel, how about doing it yourself? Extract the cab IR with the desired EQ engaged and import the result via RM. Just make sure the EQ doesn't clip the output. Hope that helps...
Oh, and many thanks for all the good stuff you share!
I did that! But thanks for your tutorial! it would be just ultra convenient if the kemper had this "render to ir" button maybe a new EQ that is based on FIR insteady of the typical IIR ... then a merging would be even easier.

Great stuff on the Joyo beast - what a pack.
Did your tele start off with the traditional steel plate around the bridge? How did you going fitting a larger pickup for the bridge? Any pix would be appreciated.
I agree absolutely on P90s being marvellous for a galaxy of tones and great in Fender style bolt on bodies as well as hollow body types.
Hey my tele is a std. telecaster with the normal tele bridge, Johan makes p90 in singlecoil size https://shop.lundgrenpickups.c…r/products/tele-90-bridge so it is maybe somewhere between a regular p90 and a overwound tele bridge pickup
So it looks pretty normal and like i said the combination bjfe tele neck and p90 bridge is just perfect, so well balanced i love it
-
Thanks guys! The pickup set is made by Lundgren and it is the BJFE on the neck and the p90 on the bridge and i can not recommend it enough...
i often have the problem that the neck pickups are too bass heavy and the bridge too thin, so i always have the feeling i would have to eq every pickup differently but this combination works soooo well... maybe it is just me but i love that
-
Sounds pretty damn heavy to me and with nice sharp cut in it. Interesting that this pickup sits at the bridge. Some parts of the recording sound a bit like neck position to me
Anyway, nice stuff Thomas, thanks for sharing!
jup i changed to the neck later in the recording i'll add tags to know where the switch is. The Lundgren p90 in the bridge position is my favorite bridge pickup for strats and telecasters. Most bridge pickups simply loose output and lowend and get to mid focussed but this one stays pretty consistent and mixes well with the neck pickup imo

Oooookay well here is the newest addition. I love this amp and i think it is VERY save to say, this is the most versatile amp ever made.
I tried to recreate the sounds possible with the Joyo Dual Klonz or DUALKLONZ amp.
TBH i would sit here for weeks, profiling and documenting, how all built in ciruits react to different pedals, or how the same amp ciruit sound with different tubes. So i decided to make all profiles with 6l6 tubes. I tired to add different volume and gain settings but the amp offers two gain knobs and a normal an bright channel ... the possibilities are endless. This Amp is so insane, it blows my mind. And it revived my love for real amps.

Sorry for the Off Topic post.
But, Merry Christmas and thank you very much to everybody who commented on this thread.
You guys are great and you motivate me making more profiles. I really appreciate that and and thankfull for every feedback and message here.
Have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year!
(p.s. i could not finish the newest amp i have here BUT it will be sooooooooooo cool i love that amp)

Thx Bommel , I have a question : would blue cat audio plugins replace my KPA for recording when I'm away , without my beloved Kemper ? I not asking for same exact quality but a good all around amp sim with minimal dynamics and tube feel?
I really can not answer that. Everybody has a different taste and needs. Personally i think the strength of the destructor plugin is fuzzy tones.
Something unique and crazy i think no other device can do that. Crunch sounds are pretty nice and i think for on the road it is definitely a high end plugin i absolutely would use in productions. I hope this helps Absolutely in the top 5 of my favorite guitar plugins
-
Thank you very much for the Response guys
Say Brother Thomas, which fuzz pedal is it? Maybe it's in the metadata but I have no way of checking that right now.
Baltic Blue Fuzz, MXR Blue Box, Fulltone '70 V1 Silicon Fuzz, Mooer Blue Face, Dog is Blue Fuzz, Dunlop Silicon Fuzz Face... or what? Home-made? I'm guessing it's blue obviously...
Thank you for the updates.
It is none of those! It is actually the Blue Cat destructor plugin, that let's you come up with unique clipping curves and that is ultra fun and by profiling it you can use it live very easily ... a great combination and the plugin is absolutely recommended!

I use mainly my Own Profiles i made of the Audio Sprckets Tone Dexter because they fit perfectly to my guitar ... but try them yourself, they are often usable even on other instruments. But the non plus ultra way to do it is buying the tonedexter, make a wavemap and profile that ... imo no other technique is better

Aaaaan one of the new amps:
I just call him "Z" but it has nothing to do with doctors. This one is by a Custom Boutique in Spain!

Try it with the neck pickups of strats or teles

Hey ! There is a "new" addition in Rigexchange the Blue Cap Fuzz
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rhh…OxV8JjPYC5AaF9Ah4iea?dl=0
And i tried to recreate the sound of the Marshall 6100LM Anniversary with the Kemper
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6ag…S8cDJmpIa7kRrpVijMia?dl=0
aaaaaand i have two very special Amps here with me right now the profiles of them will follow soon
As always have fun, i hope you find something you like! (And as always D.I. profiles, so add your favorite cab or check mine out)

once the profiler sent its sound through thehead rush refine the following way:
strum all strings, THEN, press refine... that way the kemper only hears the ringing out of the notes when refining, sometimes
the attack of the strings mess up refinig.
then choose either less gain or do not use the booster when profiling then increase the gain and use a booster of the kemper afterward an compensated using the dials in the amp section to manually make up for the tone changes. Listen closely, and manually change tube shape, compression, definition and sagging ...
Some sounds are just tricky to capture i tried to put everything together in this article https://thebommel.com/index.ph…rofiling-with-the-kemper/
Since the Headrush is based on the eleven rack i think it should work fine. I already profiled the eleven rack so i hope the headrush will work fine too
