Likewise, I have version one of your BE100 and would love to see how it's evolved, especially with the Phil X settings!

There is a Date column, it´s probably hidden in your case. Have a look in the RM manual.
After it shows you can of course sort the Rigs by Date.
True, and I always sort rigs by date; however, the OP's second point still applies. If you do a save as while sorted by date, the new rig still goes to the bottom of the list in rig manager until you manually re-sort by date. It should be very simple, and should be the default behavior, to have a flag in rig manager that simply re-sorts when a state change is detected on the profiler.

I've tried most of the profile makers, and these are the ones I consistently come back to.
MBritt - Clean to hard rock. The V30 cab from his heavy pack, and the greenback cab from his 69 Marshall pack are hands down the best general use cabinets I've found. I often replace his standard Classic Lead 80 cabinet with one of those two for harder tones or classic rock, and they work very well.
Live Ready Sounds - Modern hard rock/metal
Josh Middleton - Modern metal
Big Hairy Profiles - Classic 80s/90s rock/metal tones
Top Jimi - Classic rock/metal

I had the same problem. I had to log out of my account first, used the same email needed to purchase & PP finally popped up. / strange issue.
Yep, checking out as guest worked fine. Thanks.

I tried to purchase the new profiles, but I get an"Error occurred on the server" message every time I click place order.

I can't comment on profile, but the definitive performance of Goodbye Pork Pie Hat on guitar will for me always be Jeff Beck

Try a low pass filter in the effects section set to taste in the range of 6kHz-10kHz. This would be done in almost any live or studio situation, anyway.

My preference while sitting at a desk is a chair with flip-up arms, along these lines Flip-up arm chair

I haven't had a chance to check out these profiles, but Johan got some pretty great tones out of a Bandit here The Original Peavey Bandit!? 1981 Solo Series Bandit Of course, the best tone IMO was through the G12M25 loaded 4x12.

I picked up this pack yesterday, and I am thoroughly enjoying it! It's early to say for certain, but for low to mid gain tones, I am preferring many of the profiles to some of the big name profilers.

Here's some Van Halen riffing with Music Man Axis!
Which specific profiles were used for the video? -
both Bert Meulendjk and Matt provide very good packs.
Seconded. To me, Bert's are geared more towards classic modded Marshall tones and Matt's sound a bit more modern, and both are great.

Why would things like the reverb almost disappear through the studio monitors?
Likely because the monitors have a relatively flat response while your laptop speakers have a significant, relative, frequency peak in the region of the reverb.

The majority of the profiles use a Bogner 2x12 with V30s and the cleans are using a Buddy cab with a 70 watt 1x12 V30. There are plenty of merged profiles if you wish to use other cabs.
Great; thanks for the reply. I hoped they would be V30s and/or greenbacks. I purchased the pack but won't have a chance to try them until tonight.

What speakers/cabinets were used to profile the F-man?
-
I'm pretty sure that profile is of the same amp in the jcm800 hot mod pack.

From Sigi´s Museum there are a lot of amps left to profile...which one would you like to have as a profile (http://www.marshall-forever.de) ?
All of them, but seriously, the two in which I'm most interested are the YJM with both G12T-75 (Yngwie's speaker of choice) and greenbacks and one of the Majors. Not many good profiles exist of either of these amps. -
Being new to Kemper I've been relying almost soley on MBritt profiles - but picked these up. I like quite a few of them but they do seem pretty bright with most of my guitars.
What adjustments are some of you making?
I found many of them bright and/or weak in the bass, too. But, with a few small tweaks, these have become my go to profiles. First, I'm using the supplied EQ preset in the mod slot on all of the Dr. Z profiles, which has a low pass around 6k. Second, I increase power sag and the amp compression from 0 to ~0.2 and 1 respectively on many of the profiles, which makes the profiles a bit chewier, more bassy, and easier feeling under the fingers. On a few profiles, I have bumped up the bass knob a tad.
I should add, that although I found them weak in the bass at first, after spending a day just playing the Dr. Z profiles, I went back to some MBritt profiles I use pretty regularly and found them to be boomy. Some of this is simply psychoacoustics and what your ear is accustomed to hearing.

I haven't tried all of your profiles, but your "sweet" profile with a greenback cabinet from MBritt's 69 Marshall is fantastic! I prefer it over the Top Jimi pack I purchased.

Oh, man, I've just gotta know what this is. Please enlighten me, gitarretyp!
Well, you see, the boot acts as a low pass filter. Luchesse boots are the obvious choice, but Mexican pointy boots can work pretty well in a pinch.
