I may be wrong but I don't think reverb is something you can capture in a profile?

I think Michael was asking what email address you used to place the order. You had to put in an email address in order to make the payment, whether it be through paypal directly or your card going through paypal.
This. My guess is you made a typo with your email address. Even though I have a paypal account, I don't always sign in to it when ordering stuff but paying with paypal - and I have never had a problem like the one your are describing.

Now that was fun and funny!

At the risk of being redundant, preset editing without having to Save As, is highly desirable to me. This includes being able to edit an existing individual Stomp, Effect or section preset.
Example, I have a stomp preset that includes an overdrive, chorus, phaser and compressor. The phaser is a customized phaser I saved out. I go in an tweak that phaser, and save it. It does save as a new phaser, it updates the existing phaser and also the phaser that is included in the stomp preset.

Just bought Pack 2. Sigh, another two hours disappeared as I took them for a test drive. I could get used to this...
Think I will have to start a new band just so I can play the damn things!!!

I'd say buckle in, hold on tight and get ready for the ride of your life! LOL!

I don't do metal, so the /13, Lil Willie, and Marshall amps in Pack #2 work for my gig. The /13 is especially killer.
Yeah, those /13 are definitely calling to me. I have heard a lot of good feedback about them.

Sort of reminds me of back when I was 14 and taped a piece of paper over my amp speaker to fake distortion.

Eventually that will come to fruition but for now, it will be one (or two) at a time.
Oddly enough, in the band I am in currently, I generally have to stick with one clean profile (currently one of the M. Britt Dumble Clean - maybe #4?) as I don't have a lot of creative flexibility allowance - being the new guy and all. However, just last night at practice, I was really hearing more and better tone from that profile than I've ever enjoyed in the past 35 years of various other sources of amplification.
I can hardly imagine the possibilities of using some of the other profiles in that pack alone, let alone additional packs...

While deferring to the experts, I would suggest shutting it down completely, and unplugging (electric) for a while before trying again. With some computers, this helps make sure the RAM gets cleared - my guess is the Kemper has RAM and it can't hurt.
-
So I have been internally debating whether to get Pack 1 or 2 or 3 or the Modern Pack - already own Vintage and Dumble - and now I have to wait and see what the new ones are...
Man, life is hard!!!!!

+1 awesome, thanks!

I'm curious what he will use for his stage rig for the impending Dead & Company tour.

At the risk of inciting further discourse...

I bought a Tech 21 Power Engine per recommendation of Michael Britt and find it works well as an entry level monitor for both gigging and home use. Got mine used for $200.
Edit: I have an unpowered Kemper Toaster unit.

Thanks for your reply.
The Scarlett 2i2 does not offer/utilize s/pdif but I do have direct monitoring turned on for the line in. I don't remember seeing anything for software monitoring in Reaper and in the audio settings, it basically had language and a checkbox dissuading you from using the computer headphones to monitor. I will poke around more tonight - it has to be something simple but darned if I can find it!

Help!
I have been laying down some basic tracks Kemper > Focusrite Scarlet 2i2>Reaper. All documentation indicates I should be using the 'Direct Monitor' feature of the 2i2 and plugging my headphones directly into it so I can hear the recorded signal better. Unfortunately, everything coming from Reaper is louder and adjusting the headphone volume, even maxed, is not giving me enough volume to hear my guitar. Recorded, everything sounds great when played back - so I have been able to record but only when there isn't a backing track that Reaper is playing back to me. (i.e. when I was recording basic rhythm and Reaper was only playing drums).
What gives? I found this thread, but no answers, and apparently all the links in it are no good - threads too old and archived? I dunno. This seems like it should be simple. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!!!

There is a feature request for this already - you might want to add a +1 to it. I don't know if that really works or not but I do it now for any feature requests that match my preferences/requirements.
