Are there any effects that mimic a talkbox?
Thanks

Thanks for the help. I was denied access as well to the zip file.

I am looking for a wah effect that sounds like the opening to Let's Get It On. I'm not sure which wah to use and what parameters to set it at. I use the Kemper remote with a mission engineering pedal.
Thank You

I am using an IEM with my Kemper and the sound in my ears is lifeless and very dull mainly with gainy tones. It almost sounds like there is a blanket on it and needs to be lifted. I'm using Shure se425 earbuds. Is there a solution to this or just something I need to get used to? I play live every weekend and it's just not as fun when you don't hear a great tone in your ears.
Thanks

I use shure se425's. They sound great with my cheap rp1000, but not with the Kemper. It sounds like there is a blanket on my tones and I fight each note, which in turn, makes me focus more on my tone than my performance. Unfortunately, I have gone back to using the RP1000 instead of my rack and even considering selling the rack even though I would hate to. I'm sure it's me and not the Kemper. It's very frustrating. I do not have the ability to record and post my tones on here.

Has anyone purchased profiles from ReampZone? If so, how did you like them?

The IEM's are Carvin's and I do have the pure cab on. Is there an optimal setting for the pure cab and space?

I have used my rig 3 times live using in ear monitors and there's definitely something I'm missing in the setup. At home the rig sounds great, crisp and crunchy. Through the IEM it sounds very muddy and lifeless. I'm finding myself worrying more about my tone than my performance when on stage and that is not enjoyable when you have a packed room of people dancing. Any advice on what settings I need to change or threads that address this issue?
Thanks

I'm finally using my rack live tonight for the first time. I've never used it with my in ear monitors. Is there anything I need to know about IEM's & the rack?
Thanks

My issue is that I do not want to run cables from the Kemper. I would like to connect the pedal directly to the footswitch to keep things simple and keep the stage clean.

Ha Ha! I think I will take your advice and just start from scratch. I'll read through the manual, but what is the best course of action for backing up presets. I don't have any set presets as nothing sounded good enough for live use, in my opinion. Thus, if I lose anything it's not a big deal.
Unfortunately, I do not have the capability to record. I'm getting quite frustrated as I really want to start using it live.

It appears the monitor cab is on.

I tried searching for topics on this but couldn't find any. None of the profiles I have tried (I've tried a lot) don't sound good through my studio monitor. I also played through a p.a. and still didn't sound good. The tones are thin, brittle and lifeless. I tried playing through headphones today and it was a huge difference. Tones were full and rocked. Is there a setting I need to tweak on my rack to get the same tones out of my monitor? I recently played my Digitech GP1000 through my monitor and it sounded great, so I know it's not the monitor.
Thank You

Very cool. I can't wait to try it. Thank you

Do I need to run connect a TR cable to the remote as well?
-
I'm sure there are other threads for this, but I couldn't find any. I have a mission expression pedal and I want to connect it to my remote without running a cable back to my rack. Is this possible?
Thank You

Mateo11- thank you for the in depth response.
Havohej- I am running an xlr from the Kemper to the monitor. Is that the correct way?
Where do I find the global values (settings) and what should they be reset to?
I have tried a numerous amount of profiles and they sound the same. My RP1000 sounds great through my monitor, which makes me believe there is some setting that needs to be tweaked. -
I have been using a Digitech RP1000. I just hooked it up to my monitor and it sounds good, so I now know I need to adjust some things on the Kemper
