+ 1 for the Dimension C or D chorus effect inside the Kemper.

I guess it's part of the charm of the WH-1. It just doesn't cope extremes or chords.
All modern pitchshifter algorithms are to good (smooth). -
Well there's a effect somewhere inside (I believe it's a delay) which pans the signal to one side. Put one in the main and one in the parallel path. You can try that.
EDIT: My solution doesn't work, first of all it's a pitch fx without anything engaged except pan, but most importantly, it only works after the amp in the stereo section. The paralel path is the mono stomp section........ So your guitar can be panned to one side, the bass don't.
I did it another way, and split the signal before entering the Kemper. Check it out here WiPe's secrets revealed .

Funny, I did write a review on the UAD site, I can't find it anymore. Maybe because I was a critical?
Anyways, a great plugin, I went crazy when I found the self oscillation. Just great.
Also the fact I immediately recognized all those freaky Tommy Bolin fx.But..I really don't use it as much as I thought I would. Simply because there are plenty other delay's which get me there quicker. Like for instance (also UAD) the Cooper Time Cube.
So great, but not for me.

nice we need more, lol, I sound like agent smith from the Marix.
I can't do it with less I'm afraid, I do the bass + guitar & sample player duties. Check it: WiPe

Behringer's go at the Mini Moog. And it sound's damned good! -

Unfortunately there's no substitute for the TC Mimiq which I use in the FX loop.
That works fine, but the problem is that the side which is "artificial" one (right side) is much duller than the original (left side).
It would be great if you could EQ one side of the stereo spectrum, to compensate that duller one.
Or a great replacement for the Mimiq would also do -
I outgrew my Behringer with Uno chip and bought a Gordius Little Giant.
Great pedal, you can even go to the moon and back if you want.
But honestly if it's simple turning fx on and off, the Gordius is overkill, but I use it to send program changes to the Kemper, a Whammy, a loop pedal, a Rocktron Intellipitch, a samplerack and also midinotes to that same samplerack, all at the same time!! And it works like a dream.[Blocked Image: http://www.gordius.be/pics/gordius-little-giant_lg1.JPG]

No thanks, I loved making them. Enjoy!

I did a little experimenting with putting a couple of pedals through a small tube preamp and making DI profiles. When selecting a cab afterwards, some did sound really ok. Maybe you think the same, maybe not. Anyways, they are now on RM search for Neo Land.
The pedals I profiled are a Boss HM-2, EHX Big Muff (70's), Rat V2 (with the LM308 OpAmp), EBS Multidrive, Rockett Holdsworth Boost/OD, Behringer Super Fuzz, and an Ibanez Slampunk-Soundtank.
They were going through an Art TubePac without the compression or limiter engaged, just using the preamp.Cheers

Thanks Nige, I wish this could be solved with only a long screwdriver, the problem is a big piece of plastic "cheeks" inside which blocks view and acces to the holes. It makes all the 19"equipment sit really tight.... Check the space between the rails and cheeks on the right side.

After 10 years, I have my old Acoustic 330 back. It was lend out to a friend of mine, but he wasn't using it anymore.
So I made a few profiles, and they are on RM right now. -
The second I saw your picture with the handles, I thought what a great idea. I ordered a couple at once.
I got them now, but unfortunately found out, I can't acces the screw holes from within my SKB flightcase..... -
Yup, thats pretty much what the mimiq does, in a live setting [or practice room] with 2 amps that "stereo" effect gets you endless woman.
It's true!! I switched on the Mimiq last night, and all the woman in the room asked for your phonenumber Ash.

I got the pedal aswell and I think also it's a great pedal.
Now about the endless sustain, if you are getting real feedback when standing in front of your amp, and dampen the strings, does the feedback goes on? Maybe you get that ugly pickup feedback, but that's not what's this pedal about. I guess that Digitech did a great job, just feedback from the strings.
Continuing about sustain etc, I use it in a slot before the amp. What if I put a heavy compressor in front of the Freqout, will that get me longer sustaining feedback? (I already got it working ok, but haven't tried that out yet).

I'm glad to read that you (120dbRocknRoll) haven't got any issue with the panda audio midibeam.
It must have been me then, because after reading you topic last year, I also bought the midibeam.
From almost the get go, I got all sorts of strange problems. Maybe because I'm not only switching my Kemper but also switch
at least 5 other devices aswell, and trigger samples left and right things went totally wrong.
Wrong programs, a sampler which kept resetting itself etc etc.
I was glad I still could send it back to Music Store and have my money back.
When I switched back to a cable, all problems were gone. Strange isn't it? -
Yes! We got a new video for a new song.
WiPe a two man band sensation (all the guitar sounds are done with a Kemper, but are actually bassguitar) -
I'll keep coming back to a profile of Tony Iommi's signature amp. Don't know if it's the Holy Grail, but I love it.
