These 2 have also caught my fancy:

Anyone with hands-on experience with these?

Yep, I did. Compared the DXR10 with the TS210. The Alto doesn't come close at all. Yes, it's cheaper and yes, it sounds cheap.
Ah thank you very much! I was suspecting this. Now I know!
thanks @ancientmariner - that sounds reassuring!
On a sidenote: the new Altos (TS210 & TS212) seem to get great reviews with the Kemper. Has anyone compared them with the DXR10s side by side? (sorry for hijacking - was just curious)
The low price is a bit worrying to me as I cannot imagine a quality product given such a low price.
This has never been an issue for me.
Hope I'm not coming off as rude, but does this mean it's not an issue for you in particular - or is the fan really not audible during really quiet passages (like objectively)?
I have read very contradicting reviews on this and this would be a real deal breaker, as we have really quiet acoustic passages and an audible fan would really kill the atmosphere...
Is the DXR fan audible at really quiet song passages?
@RookGarner i have no idea mate, as i said in my post i ordered mine on the 26th of July and have contacted Andertons repeatedly and they have said they have no update on when they will receive the items i have ordered (Precision Drive too! ) but i don't have any problem with Andertons as i knew there would be a wait getting the two items but i thought id at least be able to get an accurate date as to when i would receive them!
Please keep us in the loop laddie! Would love to know how the CLR works out for you!
Andertons are great, btw!
What's the deal ith the CLR's?
Are they still being sold somewhere?
I've tried to email the company directly but get no response from them.
me too please! (yes, big ole Maiden guy right here)
No, this should definitely not be this way. I have never seen this on my 3 Kempers.
Please open a support ticket!
Yes, the EMG-X series are really dynamic. Sound much better than their non-X counterparts and are nowhere as compressed. I also quite enjoyed the HetSet very much for a high gain design - even though I'm not too fond of Metallica.
Thank you kind sir!
Where can I find those Till's cabs? Are those commercial cabs or free?
Ok after updating the KPA to the latest 5.3.1 BETA, Rig Manager stopped syncing with the KPA.
Had to do 2 restarts now to get it back to sync.
Strange.
I'm running the release version 5.2.0.12879 on my profiler though.
Which version are you running @Sharry?
I have connection issues with the new BETA. (I have never had those with all the versions before)
Try this: open Rig Manager and close it a couple of times.
After 3 - 7 times (seems random), it will no longer see the connected Toaster.
Once this happens, you can only fix this by doing a complete Windows restart.
(I have Win 10 64-Bit)
I believe the Pod 2.x had 44.1Khz sampling rate as well?
Great to see a new UK based company. Welcome lads!
May I be the first to request an English amp then: Victory V100!!
I see you have the V30 - which I will also buy - but definitely looking forward to you guys doing a V100 with heavy rock settings!
I connect the "Direct Output / Send" on the Kemper with the "guitar input" of the 11R.
And the "Return Input" of the Kemper with the "main output" of the 11R.
Then just profile and refine. I get almost 100% accurate results.
yes, absolutely!
Have done it many times myself!
Definitely agree!!!!
