I think I first read about turning the tone down for tuning in Guitar Player mag in the 80's. Great advice.

It could be that with modern manufacturing Celestion are able to tweak their new FR design (slightly more "beamy" cone material?) for specific customers at modest volumes, I don't know...
I imagine Kemper are going to sell a truckload and they'll make sure it sounds great. ✔✔✔✔?▶️⏩⏭???????

From what I've heard it's going to have a significant impact on your legacy reverbs. But... you probably won't want to use them once you get your ears conditioned to the new ones.

Actually I think that just ignoring is the way to go. Sounds like he's raising his kid to be just like himself. What a winner!

It sounds like Brad has anger issues and is probably violent.
Turning his daughter against her friend for something as childish as this is a huge warning. I'd be tempted to report his threats to the police so they know how unstable he is.

Product Manager management 101. ?

Exactly this for me. I still need to use my Korg with Buzz Feiten offsets. Not a big deal but would be really great!

I’m still hoping for high and low cut in the cab section and/or the output sections.
I think that may be part of the new speaker management, but just a guess.

In exchange for helping you lift some stuff he demands the ability to clone your entire sound that you've spent time refining. Even if it was ethical it's not a fair trade or something most guitarists would want to do.

If he tries to slag your reputation to your other friends just show them this thread so they can hopefully get the idea.
Many people I know think it's somehow a protest to steal music, software, movies, etc but it's just greed.

You made the right choice. It appears Brad is childish and selfish. You don't demand compensation for a favour, especially when it breaks the law.
If I were you I'd ask him to send you an invoice for the services he provided (obviously wasn't just help for a friend) to help with his tantrum.

The USB-C shall distract you from the strange green rack unit on the right.
Oh wow!!!!!! ???

I use quite a few effects and have never had that kind of crash. The looper is a cool little add-on feature for jamming, practicing, and auditioning profiles. I wouldn't gig with it.
Given the vast scope that this unit covers it's not going to compete with something that's designed and engineered to do one thing perfectly.
