Does the "white noice" get stronger when increasing the output master volume from Kemper ?
If not , keep it at a high volume and use lower gain / PAD at mixer / DAW input ...
If the noice is a "fizzy" high Hz , use a low pass filter in the mixer / DAW .... Cut @ approx 9 - 10 kHz
Turn down or off any compressors ....
That´s what I can think of right now .... Hope it helps

From the Kemper Manual :
Use the STORE button, on the left side of the display, to save any changes you have made to a module, Rig, Slot, preset, or Performance. Store allows you to save changes to the permanent memory.
Pressing Store in Browser Mode will offer you three different options via the soft buttons: “Replace” will overwrite the currently selected Rig with the new version while keeping the original name, “Store as” will save the Rig under a new name and won't delete the original Rig. “Rename” will allow you to change the name of the current Rig.
If you press the STORE button with a module or section in focus, you have the option to either save a preset of that specific module or section, or to save the entire Rig. If you decide to store a preset you will have the same options to “Replace”, “Store as”, or “Rename”.

How do you connect "mono out" and to what ? One or two cables ?
Turn off the "almost no fx" and listen with headphones out of the
"headphones out" at the front ....

Maybe you have to "Store" the changes in the KPA , not in the computer ??
I don´t have the latest OS or RigManager / Editor so I´m not sure how to
do it , but if you do your changes on the KPA and press "Store" it works
without problems 
If you use any delay , check if the delay has "Modulation" activated .....
Can sound like "phaser" in mono output

What I know , it has to "match" the OS in the Kemper Profiler,
so check that first , then you´ll know

And you can also adjust with the "Volume" knob at the front and press "Store"
Not "Master Volume" .... the other one
Too low clean ? Adjust up . Too high dist ? Adjust down till they match .....
THEN use the "Master Volume" to the proper level for gigging .....

What happens if you unplug the MIDI cable before turning on the MIDI controller ?
What kind of MIDI controller do you have ?
I have the Voodoo Lab Ground Control Pro and if I "forget" to turn it on, or find out
I want to use it after a while ( in the studio ) I plug MIDI cable in after turning it on,
otherwise it sometimes does not work properly or KPA acts strange ....
But most of the times it works flawless ....... ( Knock on wood 
)

Fastest way to "solve" this problem is to adjust the volume with
the "Volume" knob at the front and press "Store" while rehearsing
or soundchecking. ( NOT the "Master Volume" )
And in browser mode ....... Works for me 
Constant-minor-adjustments-from-one-day-to-another-syndrome 
( Don´t press "Store" if you made other changes to the rig you don´t want to store !!! )

Is it only your gear having this noice or does other guitarists
in your band or other bands have the same issue ?
If so, maybe there´s some electrical problem on that stage / venue ...
And if that´s the case, tell the owner to check it up .....

But some users have strange things going on after updates
and Yoda just experienced one ......
I am more than happy with my KPA and as I said , it works
(and sounds) amazing . No updates for me ..... yet 
But that´s me

to maximize your setup is set back to default when updating
I think I´ll never update my unit now 
( I´m still on OS 6 and it works perfect , and as they say ;
" If it works , don´t touch it" )

Like Paults says , No , not possible. But DXR´s have "Link Out" so you can
get one more DXR, or as many you like, and chain them together

To use all amazing possibilities the KPA offers sonically ,
go for a FRFR of any kind. A 2x12 or 4x12 will make every profile
that is profiled with a mic to sound like a 2x12 or a 4x12 ........

OK , try second hand market , sheap small analog mixers are easy to find.
I use a Soundcraft spirit folio 12 channel for "all" my keyboards. Good sound.
Treble , sweep mid , bass , lo cut @ 100 Hz and 2 Aux send.
19" rack model.
There´s a "Spirit folio lite" right now on "fleaBay" for £30
