I figure I would want a wider spacing of the switches than a bigger button. Maybe install in an alternating pattern so one is higher than the other?? Like use your foot for the high one and your toe for the low one. Just guessing here.

You should copy everything you want to keep into R"ig Manager/Rigs/Local Library" and "Rig Manager/Performances/Local Library". Than you can delete everything in your KPA and copy only what you really need.

The Kemper is a powered unit so that is the amp
Yes, but powered Kemper has MONO amp! It is not secret and is written in Main Manual for example!

I have similar problem, my kemper is stoping after a few minute working today after ı have installed a new update to rig manager which is connected to my kemper powerhead. 6 months ago, it stopped to work suddenly , ı was not hearing any sound from headphone , speaker, monıtor outputs as well..I am based in Turkiye. I bought it from Thomann germany. I had openned a suppor ticket. they have asked me to bring the equipment , so I flied to germany from Turkiye , gave it back for support. They fixed and they ask me an adress to send the equipment. As Turkiye is out of EU zone, ı have asked them if i will face any custom issue, they said that they can not guarantee that..meaning i could pay another custom taxes on it. therefore İ flight again to germany from Turkiye to get my fixed Kemper...and today after 6 months later , after ı have update "Rig Manager" , ı am facing every almost 3-5 minute , stop sounding..I have upluaded 12 minute video to youtube to show.in 12 min video it is stopping 3 times, until ı have restart it it doesnt wotk. which is not good. Hoping this time it will be solved without travelling to germany with a software update etc. otherwise definetely I will give it back..

Kemper Stage Send 1 to Boss Input A, Boss Output A to Stage Return 1. And setup Effect Loop Mono ( see Main Manual 8.5, page 270.

What OS version are you on? If any below 8.7.10 try to upgrade 1st and check if problem persists.

The Addendum 8.7 had been published with 8.7.0.
This feature came with 8.7.2 and is mentioned in the Changelog.
The 8.7.2 Changelog says:

It's not documented anywhere. Neither in Main Manual 8.5 (that's understandable) nor in Addendum 8.7 (where it should be!)

I think Tone Junkie everything pack will exceed the capacity of the KPA. So the best option in my view is to put everything on USB stick.

For "Kemper 2 Poject" I have different request than just some new fetures. I see that there are two main groups of Kemper users:
- Musicians who definitely need more features (more effects slots, parallel paths, more computing power etc.) because they need it either because of the nature of the music they are playing or they just love tweeking and finding completely new sounds.
- Musicians who just want to play, they want to quickly find the sound they like/need for particular song and that is. They don't want to spend more time with tweeking than absolutely necessary.
I am definitely part of the 2nd group
And while majority of the requests in this thread come from the people from the 1st group, there are just few requests from the 2nd group.My request is simple but I understand that not easy to fulfill. I would like to have "light" version of the KPA. With reasonably less parameters to edit/tweek. Just one example: In Amp section I use mainly definition, volume and EQ. Other parameters like tube shape, tube bias ... I've never touched. And I could go through other part of the chain but I hope that even my english is not my native language it is clear what I mean.
So the "Stage Light" is somethings I am looking for.
I will appreciate any comments from you guys!

I am using Hotone Loudster with Kone for more than 2 years now and I am quite happy with it. Very neutral and no colouring at all!
