I totally agree. And once you can use the kemper, you have no excuse, if you sound bad, it's because of your fingers .

Yes, I use it stereo.

I also have the fisher stick with a twin cable. Very good product and very easy to adjust volume during a song.

I discovered high cut power few weeks ago and it changed my life.
I also decrease the gain of my rythme and lead sound. At high volume, it was too muddy.

What about the fender bassman?

Have you tried to apply a high cut filter on global output? In my case, it solves the same issue.

I also realized over the years that I don't like the sound of a cab. The only which satisfied my was a vht 4x12, but very heavy.
The produced sound of a kemper is so much nicer. It's also much more practical to work with headphones or monitors at home than with an pushed amp.
The price of a kemper isn't much compared to everything I've bought and sold for over 20 years.

Here is my experience.
I use westone AM pro 20. AM means ambiance, it attenuate the sound but you can still ear what's happening outside.
I plug them in headphones out with only my guitar. I can hear the mix from FOH or singer monitor.
Sometimes, I also get a mix in kemper aux input and adjust my guitar volume through the kemper.
Regarding harsh sound, high cut filter is my new friend since I discovered this powerful tool.

I turn few times my faultly one, and it works again.

the ones from the cln, cc, rock, lead packs?!
Yes.
Clean 1HB, crunch 2, chrunch 1, dist 1 and lead 1.
Sometimes I use a performances with F-Man but the rig I choosed are pretty similar.
I also always keep profiles with same cab (bogner 212).
-
I had the same with switch II few months ago and it works fine again but I don't know why. Now the IV fails sometimes.
-
I have all the packs except the bogner.
There are all great.
I really love the TKL, I have only one performance with TKL clean, crunch, rhythm and lead to cover all the songs for my classic rock cover band.

I never noticed there was a clock on the screen

Yes, this pack is great.
But I don't why all the amps volume are so high. I lower all of them to prevent feedback.
-
It would be great to have a notch filter in Eq section or better in output section.
The studio eq is not easy to use. In a live situation it would be great to quickly browse frequencies and cut the faulty one.
I have this magic button on my Godin multiac or on the Tonebone pz preamp.

I'm happy of my Yamaha dxr 10.

I'm always impressed to read when someone is able to ear the difference between the colour of two cables.
I'm already happy when I can ear myself on stage and at least someone in the audience is listening rather playing on his smartphone.

Waoh thanks for the reply.
I'm not far to place my order.

Hi,
I thinking about buying a powered kab. Can someone tell me what is the result of using aux it with MP3 backing track through the Kone?
I guess it should be ok in frfr but how does it sound with cab emulation?
