direct out - no audio, grey on the panel?

    Just got my Kemper so this is a total newbie question. S/pdif out (to Mbox 3) works great, but I cannot get any sound out of the direct out. On the Kemper panel, "Direct out link" is greyed out.


    Some settings I am missing?
