Can someone point me to a good delay setting that allows the tap function on with the GCP to work? I have a button dedicated to tap with CC-30. For some reason, it just doesn't work and I'm curious what I'm doing wrong. Thanks!!

Is it not working at all, or does it come in at half or 2X what you are expecting?
On most if not all delay settings you should see the tempo light on the KPA panel flash in sync with what you tap in.
If that's not happening it sounds like a communication error between the GCP and the KPA.If its the issue around the right tempo, my guess is a switch setting on the GCP between momentary or latch.
Can you share more details on what you see?
