I think it's a mix of polyphonic harmonies and delay, but I'm not sure what harmonies and how to implement them. I'm talking about the beginning of the demo:

Well that's what I said in the op.
I was wondering if anyone had any more specific idea on it. I mean I can do something like it with the chromatic pitch and a delay with high feedback, but not really.
