Hi community, just got my new Kemper; after having a few minutes great fun, this noise suddenly appears:

It can only be stopped by turning off the power amp. After switching it on again, about 30sec everythings fine, then the same noise appears. The newest firmware has been installed...
Has anyone else got these problems with the Kemper Power Rack ?
Is my new Kemper Power Rack already broken ?

I think you answered for your own problem, something has to do with the power amp. Try to downgrade and check if this problem appears with an older firmware too!

Make a backup and send it to support. Sounds like a hardware failure.

I had a similiar problem with my new Power Rack. The noise was much louder than on your sound clip but similiar result. It was within the 30 day return window with Zzounds so I returned it for a new one. I'm waiting for the new one to arrive any day and I'm crossing my fingers this not a common problem with the Power Rack. Let me mention I did contact Kemper tech support and they simply mentioned that they have not seen this problem before and it sounded like a hardware problem.

Is the issue still there if you use the unit as a passive one? For example, any noise at the headphones Out?
