Unfortunately I can't listen to the song now, so it might be kinda pointless to post, but reading the discussion about the snare being a bit far behind. you said you use reverb, make sure to put the predelay to around 60 -80 ms, that gives the enough definition without taking away the wetness from it.

indeed wrong order, mate! Listen to it and tell me if the snare is too wet for your taste.
I'm using Superior drummer (Avatar kit), and all the wetness comes from the Avatar room itself except for a hair of reverb of my UAD EMT 250 which is gorgeous.
But I'm looking forward to your opinion. -

I just listened to this and I think it's excellent - a really nicely put together song. I very much like the backing vocal harmony and little hooks and the way it all works. I can see the Crowded House comparisons others have made and they are well deserved. Sounds like you had fun with this one. Well done
