Sound on Main Right XLR is 10x louder

    Hi, I bought a new PowerRack 2 weeks ago and connecting it in live performances to FOH I could only come out in Mono. The Main Left XLR is ok but the Right one is louder and always distorted so I can only use mono mix.
    I've tried different cables in different venues and mixers, Different output settings too (Main Stereo, Main mono, main left, main right).


    It's my Kemper broken or is there any setting that can make different volumes on different channels?

    which firmware version are you using?
    Update to the latest one and perform a System reset by powering up the unit while holding down the System button.
    If that doesnt fix the problem open up a support ticket.
