Yesterday I created a few profiles and it struck me anything unusual during refining process:
After creating the profiles, the mask profiling assistant 3/3 appears.
Top left I can select the buttons "Kemper amp" and "Reference amp".

If I then refining the process start (neutral always the same sequence with a Looper, so I have my hands free) gives the another acoustic results, depending on whether I start before the button "Kemper amp" and "Reference amp "choose.
Is that someone else noticed or is it just my ears? 
Unfortunately I have no way to create a test curve to the results visually can read.
